1. Familiar with the blouse production process, follow the process of sample making and the bulk production. know the fabric. The one who has the good cooperated factory is more welcomed.

2. Has good communication skills with facotry, could find and solve any kinds of problem during production.

3. Has good english skills, can talk, read, write email in English.( Oral is the more important)

4. Strong quality consciousness, responsibility and professional moral consciousness

5. Have positive work attitude and team cooperation , can work under pressure.

6. Above 3 years working experience as blouse merchandiser.
