工作职责

--带外商到各大批发市场、工厂和展会采购；

--运用网上大量资源搜索不同产品的供应商；

--与供应商进行询价、议价及沟通付款安排；

--跟进大货生产过程和交期控制，确保货物按客户要求顺利完成；

--验货、仓库收货、现场监装集装箱和提交准确的装箱清单；

--货物到港后出现的投诉问题，积极与供应商沟通、跟进并解决；

--按公司贸易业务操作流程及管理制度执行和跟踪监督贸易业务；

--其他未能一一列举的业务性工作

其他：

工作时间：周一~周五9：00~18：00，周六9：00~14：00

三个月试用期后买社保

岗位任职要求：

--大专及以上学历，国际贸易、商务英语等相关专业；

--三年以上相关行业工作经验；

--优秀的英语书面及口头表达能力；

--熟练运用各种办公软件（WORD、EXCEL等）；

--熟悉订单处理、跟单工作流程；

--熟悉广州、佛山、中山等各大批发市场；

--能运用网上大量资源搜索不同产品的供应商；

--能够独立完成工作，良好的沟通技巧，议价能力及客户服务意识；

--工作细心、认真，可接受加班，抗压能力强；

Job description：

--Follow up foreign customers in wholesale markets,factories and fairs to make orders.

--Sourcing factories for different products on internet；

--Inquiry,negotiate price,payment arrangement with suppiers；

--Follow up the orders and delivery date to ensure the quality and shipment.

--Inspect the goods,collect goods in warehouse,go to warehouse/factories to load the

containers,offer accurate packing list timely.

--Negotiate and follow up with suppliers for customers' complaints.

--Handle ,follow and organize the orders under required；

Working hours:Monday~Friday 9:00~18:00,Saturday 9:00~14:00

Social Insurance after probation period(3 months)

Position requirement：

--College or above graduate in International Trade or Business English

--Minimum of 3 years experience in related industry;

--Good spoken and written English；

--Good computer skills in office software(WORD,EXCEL)

--Good knowledge in order handling and following up process

--Good knowledge of each wholesale market in Guangzhou,Foshan,Zhongshan,etc......

--Good searching skills for difference items' suppliers on Internet

--Capable of handling orders independently,good skills in communication and negotiating

prices , good service consciousness

--Work in careful and sincere,accept to work over time and under pressure.
