SUMMARY 职位总概述:
Customer Quality Management including complaints & repairs and Quality System Maintenance

ESSENTIAL DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES基本工作职责:

1. Drive customer corrective actions by carrying out root cause failure analysis, cross-sectioning, dimensional analysis, or other means. In addition, communicate with customers when necessary to ensure verification of corrective actions; initiate quality improvement based on customer complaint;
2. Optimize the customer quality management including customer complaints & repairs to achieve excellence of PPM and efficiency;
3. Provide support to marketing/Sales and maintain an active role in functions involving customers. Monitor the product acceptance levels (yields) as seen by the customer and ensure that appropriate preventive measures are taken.
4. Maintain ISO9000 quality system and proactively search opportunity for continuous improvements;
5. Develop, motivate and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media.

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE 学历和经验要求:
1. bachelor degree or above in engineering major;
2. 3 years above quality engineer experience in electronic /electric industry;
3. Fluent English ability in writing and reading.
4. solid ISO9000 quality system knowledge

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES 其它技能和能力要求
1. Good at office software;
2. Good communication and coordination skills;
3. At least CET Band-4 passed, Good at reading & writing;
4. Honest. Want to improve himself in this company.
