岗位职责：

1、负责连锁公寓人事行政部的管理工作，制定公寓人力资源政策、体系及制度。

2、执行人力资源管理各项实务的操作流程和各类规章制度的实施，配合其他业务部门工作。

3、负责公寓人工成本、行政费用的预算与管理。

4、协助推动公司理念及企业文化的形成。

岗位要求：

1、本科及以上学历，从事酒店行业人事或行政管理工作3年以上。

2、擅长招聘、培训模块。

3、熟知国家、地区劳动法律法规及相关政策。

4、具有良好的职业道德，踏实稳重，工作细心，有较强的沟通、协调能力，有团队协作精神。
