Job Descriptions:
1. Responsible for overall service management for accounting system and market applications’ maintenance.
2. Engaging in center business initiatives to maintain a good quality delivery and governance on the progress.
3. Regularly review IT scorecards and KPI
4. Build a constantly relationship with our customers to keep a good degree of satisfactory rate.
5. Coordinate with various parities of IT partners and vendors of outside to maintain a good co-working status and service level according to aligned KPI and SLA.
6. Governance work especially for information security.

Competencies Expectation :
1. Bachelor degree. Good writing and reading English.
2. Over eight years’ experience on IT operation management or relevant working experience on big scale business system, solid for IT knowledge.
3. Service management on ERP system support experience or knowledges.
4. Mature on handling customer relationship and demand management.
5. PMP or ITIL (IT service management) is preferred
6. Experience of working in fortune top 500 company is preferred.
7. Good communication and interpersonal skill
8. Be good at learning and summarizing, logical and well organized.
