Our group has been established for more than 50 years and is employing more than 2,000 staff all over the world. We are looking for a motivated candidate to base in our Guangzhou office.
Product Manager 产品经理 - 家庭电器/耐用消费品
Key responsibilities 岗位职责：
Product Manager Will manage the existing product portfolio (of Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances, Kitchen appliances, Electrical and power back up products). The products are mainly sourced from China, Turkey, and India for the target markets of West and East Africa.
- Prepare each market’s product line up and each product’s Road Map.
- Draw out the strong USPs for the products, share with the stakeholders and reach a consensus on USPs to be communicated.
- Conduct a quarterly comparative analysis with the competing products to guide marketing teams in respective markets on strong features and also give feedback to the sourcing team on the desired features/products.
- Price positioning advice to the markets.
- Co-work with the marketing teams (of each market) and sourcing team on new products (with the right combination of specs and price) development. Thereafter contribute to the marketing teams in developing marketing strategies for introducing new products.
- Regularly analyze sales revenue to rationalize line-up and maximize products life-time revenue.
- Review and research published/web information to keep himself/herself updated. Undertake, need based markets visits too.
Requirements 任职要求：
- Preferably from Consumer Electronics/Appliances/Durables industry with 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience.
- Graduate with MBA or a post-graduate diploma in marketing.
- Excellent research, analytical and presentation skills.
- A performer with some solid credentials.
- Good communication skills.
- Willing to travel to travel.
- Initiative taker with the ability to build his/her team.
Salary: RMB 10,000 - 25,000+ per month
