职位描述
1、负责实验室日常管理，包括实验室人员、设备、试验、材料、安全、卫生等工作；
2、组织开展有关科研和生产所需的试验检测，包括试验计划制定、任务安排、质量把关、数据校核等工作；
3、负责组织实验室的对外检测服务，对检测数据的真实性、可靠性负主要责任；
4、开展实验室的条件建设与工作规划，以及实验室计量认证和试验检测资质的申办工作。

岗位要求
1. 化学专业且有化学实验室工作经验，有化学品研发工作经历更优；
2. 具有3年以上实验室管理和检测工作经验；
3.了解ISO 17025对实验室要求；
4.专业技术能力强，具备良好的组织管理、沟通协调和团队协作能力。
