职位描述：
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES 必要的职责
Establish and manage parts safe stock for machines by customer;
根据客户建立和管理零件安全库存；
Regional customer management, Working time management by customer;
区域客户管理以及根据客户协调工作时间
Troubleshooting by customer request;
客户机器的排故；
Service skill leaning when service training meeting and training material;
跟随维修培训会及培训材料维修技能的学习
Service reporting management;
维修报告管理
Service tools management;
维修工具管理
According to the company requirements for related machine Demo to the customer.
根据公司要求向客户进行相关机器的演示


Knowledge Requirement 知识要求：

Technically knowledgeable and skilled in the troubleshooting and repair of mechanical systems, hydraulics, electrical systems, and engines;
维修技能知识及排故能力修理机器，包含液压、电器及发动机；
Ability to safely use hand and power tools, equipment, and diagnostic devices;
有能力安全使用手动工具、修理用设备及自动诊断设备
Ability to understand and fill out service-related documents and paperwork
有能力理解和填写电子维修报告文档及纸面维修报告
Basic parts inventory management skills
基本零配件库存管理技能
Ability to lay out realistic plans and use them to effectively manage their service territory, scheduling service work
合理管理区域内的客户，制定预先工作计划及有效的管理
Good verbal communication skills
良好的语言沟通能力
Good team organization skills
良好的团队组织能力
