主要工作职责:
1.mportant domestic and foreign visitors’ visa application, accommodation, transportation and meals etc;
?完成各项接待任务:包括内部客人和外部客户及政府部门及厂长、总经理接待的客人及相关邀请函、签证、用车、住宿和用餐安排;
2.Business trip arrangements for colleagues;
????协助公司同事的差旅安排;
3.Assist Plant Manager filling the documentations and applying the expense reimbursement;
????协助厂长整理各种资料,包括费用报销等;
4.Organize company meetings, including meeting room reservation, taking minutes and following meeting proceedings;
????负责公司级会议组织,包括会议室预约、会议记录及会议事项的跟进;
5.Organize company’s annual party and other activities to make them run on schedule and control the cost within budget; Managing the announcement board for any company public affairs;
???参与年度员工活动计划制定和执行,制作预算和控制成本;主导公司各项宣传工作,包括所负责的宣传栏的管理;
6.Attend to any other matters as directed by Plant Manager
完成其它各项厂长临时交待的任务。
1.Manage site canteen, dormitory and gardening, and control relevant costs, effectively communicate with sub-contractors, timely feedback their service quality to Plant Manager; Arrange to check and make monthly payments to all Admin suppliers
????管理工厂食堂、宿舍及绿化并控制相关费用,有效与承包商进行沟通,及时将其服务质量反馈给厂长;负责所有行政供应商的月结核对及付款事宜;
2.Dispatch company vehicles for staffs and coordinate the cost control on vehicles’ operation;
????为公司员工派遣车辆并协助控制车辆运作所需的费用
3.Manage the cleaning products, tissues; maintain the office machinery in normal operation;
????负责清洁用品的管理及纸巾、办公耗品的管理;
4.Keep the public areas (including toilet, pantry, canteen and meeting room etc.) clean and tidy; Participate and implement the 6S jobs;
???管理公共区域的设备和物品,如卫生间、茶水间、食堂、会议室等,有问题及时处理;负责所属区域的6S管理,参与推行并检查公司6S工作;
5.Establish the relevant administration budget, and control the Admin expenses within the budget; provide effective communication to solve problems if any issues; finish and update reports or analysis on time;
????负责完成行政相关预算,并对预算的执行进行监控管理;遇问题时及时应及时应对并解决;及时完成所需的报表更新或分析;
6.To provide secretarial functions, establish and carry out CNSUN’s administration policy and assist Plant Manager in monitoring and controlling the cost on both production and administration;
发挥秘书职责,建立并实施行政制度,协助厂长监督并控制生产及行政管理成本;
7.in charge of training related jobs.
负责培训相关工作。
招聘要求:
1.Bachelor degree with Fluent English (oral and written)
2.Over 2 years experience in related area, such as secretary/Admin.
3.Good knowledge of Windows, Ms-Office, (esp. word, excel & power point)
4.Cooperative and self-motivated, good organizer, willing and quick to learn
5.Good communication skill
6.Able to work under pressure, being active and detail-oriented.
