职位描述：
岗位职责：

1、掌握现金、银行存款管理制度和财务开支标准；保证报销手续及原始单据的合法性、准确性。

2、负责ERP系统数据的录入、审核以及学员档案管理。

3、制定审核的工资发放表，及时正确发放工资；及时把工资和奖金计算表附在记账凭证后或单独装订成册。

4、及时准确报送资金报表，每月对资金使用情况和来源情况进行汇总，分析。

5、能正确处理现金及银行存款的收付业务，确保日清月结，款账相符。

6、配合做好相关项目资金的申请工作。

7、服从公司的管理和工作安排，完成领导交办的其他工作。


任职要求：
1、有会计上岗证；
2、广州市户口优先考虑；
3、年龄在22-40周岁；
4、大学专科以上学历，会计学或财务管理专业毕业；
5、具有1年以上出纳工作经验；
6、熟悉操作财务软件、Excel、Word等办公软件；
7、字迹清晰、准确、及时，账目日清月结，报表编制准确、及时；
8、工作认真，能吃苦耐劳，责任心强，廉洁奉公；
9、具备较强的沟通、协调、合作能力，保密意识强，良好的职业操守。
10、了解国家财经政策和会计、税务法规，熟悉银行结算业务。
