职位描述：

1、参与产品设计阶段评审，通过模流分析确定原材料、外观、结构及生产成本评估；

2、在模具设计评审阶段分析优化浇注系统、冷却系统及排气，协助新模试模稳定工艺和解决相关问题；

3、参与試模进行理论的验证和对比，分析产品的成型缺陷，提出改善方案整理归档分析资料和经验总结；

4、建立和完善模流数据库，包括压铸参数，流道模型，材料库模型，以及收藏各种模流分析相关案例和资料。

职位要求：

1、 精通常用的铝、镁合金材料的性能；
2、 熟悉压铸工艺，有现场试模经验优先；

3、 熟练应用Magma软件及办公软件，熟悉3D和2D软件知识，常用的3D软件包括Catia, UG, Solidworks等；常用2D软件是Solidwork CAD或AutoCAD；
4、良好的英语听、说、写能力。
