Primary Responsibilities
Coordinate with department heads to implement product development strategy, integrate product information model, and ensure the daily operation and product information is highly unified
Responsibilities include
- Responsible for creating and maintaining accurate product information including voyages and fares in reservation system.
- Communicates with various departments to ensure product information is updated in the reservation system according to specified requirements.
- Analyse system user or business requirements, provide change implementation support and perform testing.
- Be part of the implementation team to launch new reservation system including planning, business rules setting, system testing and provide training to end-users.
- Troubleshoot issues and answer questions from end-users related to product setup either via email or call.
- Maintain good relations with shareholders.
- Independently manage setup projects & enhancement
- Consistently lead team to improve daily work efficiency and accuracy
- Able to guide & lead officer on daily work.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum Diploma in Business Information/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field of study.
- Good command of spoken/written English and Mandarin. For executive, speaking of good level is preferred.
- 3-4 years’ experience of enterprise application system support, cruise line/Hotel background is preferred, secondary preferable order/inventory/marketing/supply chain related. Working experience of a team leader is preferred.
- Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast paced environment while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining high quality of work.
- Good troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
- Enjoy interacting with people and willing to expose to some level of business analysis.
- May require working on weekends and Public Holidays with advance notice.
