职位描述：
职位要求：
1、公司内部财务制度的制定，规范公司经济、财务标准和程序，以满足控制经营风险的要求。规范财务基础核算各个环节的流程、提高与其他部门的对接和沟通能力、制定库存全面盘点和资产定期盘点制度。定期组织资产的清查盘点，定期清理往来账户，及时催收和清偿款项
2、执行、协调财务稽核、审计、会计工作；
3、监督执行、维护公司财务管理程序和政策，参与制定年度、季度财务计划；
4、向公司管理层提供各项财务报告和必要的财务分析；
5、组织公司的成本管理工作, 进行成本预测、控制、核算、分析和考核，确保公司利润指标的完成。提供财务计划、预算报告及各项费用统计分析报告，对预算的执行情况进行监控

应聘者要求：
1、1年以上会计工作经验；
2、大专以上学历，会计、财务或相关专业优先；
3、具备良好的财务分析能力；
4、具备独立工作能力和良好的沟通能力；
5、熟悉办公软件和财务软件；
6、工作细致，责任心强，有良好的合作精神
