职位描述：

Responsibilities

-Work closely with Business Line Managers to make the recruitment plan;

-Search, screen, select and interview candidates from HR side and recommend to line managers for second or final interview if necessary

-Follow up and fulfill the job vacancies from Requisition application to New staff on board according to company policy and align with the recruitment procedure

-Work with the team to build up talent database

-Support with recruitment projects such as campus recruiting activities, big scale engineer recruiting plans

-All local HR related work content.

-Others required by superior

Requirements

-University graduate, major in HR, Administrative Management, etc.

-At least 3 years in HR function working experience with multinational company, 1 year's recruitment experience.

-Previous experience with headhunter companies is preferred

-Highly responsible for the work and sense of confidentiality

-Strong communication skills

-Initiative, quick learning, open minded, positive attitude and good team work spirit

-Fluent English both in oral and written

-Be proficient in office software, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc
