职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. New Product Introduction
- Lead and coordinate initial product transfer, new product launch and all related technical projects implementation.
- Work with Engineering or other function staff to achieve successful product launches and SOP.
- Continuous process improvement through upgrade assembly technology and process implication.
- Plan production capability and manpower for new project to achieve SOP standard base on high efficiency and low cost.
- Develop and design / fabricate fixtures according to process requirement.
- Continuous to drive and lead to improve process performance to attain high first-pass yield, lower production scrap.
- Identify and select equipment, process improvement, environmental activities, provides technical support for manufacturing operation needs.
- Identify and propose new equipment that could reduce operating costs and analyze different tool design for cost and production efficiency.
- Responsible for production validation involve in process validation, cleaning validation, production equipment validation.
- Participates to implement and maintain ISO quality system.

2. Batch Production
- Use LEAN concepts and Six Sigma tools to improve workload, working environment, production process
- Develop and ensure that manufacturing documentation, routines are accurate and maintained
- Review and implement ECO/TDA/ADR for accuracy and completeness.
- Provide technical support in operator training.
- Develop new process and optimize the current process to improve productivity and reduce cost.

3. Maintenance Management
- Arrange maintenance techs rotation schedule for prompt response when equipment failure.
- Make out preventive maintenance schedule and implement strictly.
- Take charge the critical spare parts properly maintained and counting periodically.
- Train/coach maintenance on skill, knowledge etc.

Knowledge, Skills, Experiences:
1.Bachelor or above in Mechanical or Mechatronic degree.
2.3 to 5 years of Experience of Process or Manufacturing. Experience with NPI. Working for a motor company is preferred.
3.Fluent in English (oral and written)
4.Training in LEAN and Six Sigma is preferred
5.Good communication and cooperation skill
6.Good time management
7.Be Careful and willing to work under pressure..
