职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Project Management and Process Optimization
? Identify change opportunities; initiate and drive changes in productivity, quality, cost and process control through the implementation of different lean and Six Sigma techniques and new technology such as RPA, etc.
? Organize regular Six Sigma activities. Prepare action plans, drive implementation performance and ensure timely completion by using standardized reporting and tracking system;

2. Coaching, Training and Development
? As a subject matter expert on Customer Excellence, coach project team members
? Provide ongoing coaching, training and development for employees regarding process optimization.

3. Liaison
? Build project pipeline
? Keep good relationships with related business team

Relevant Experience & Requirement:
? Bachelor degree and above, Solid Finance or IT education background or experience;
? 5 years and above experience in leading major Finance or IT projects
? 3 years and above big 4 or other consulting firm working experience;
? Solid lean six sigma skills, BB certified or equivalent in service industry
? Experience in change management, project management, project team management, process re-engineering;
? Fluent both oral and written Chinese and English;
? Good computer skills and excellent Excel skill;
? Good business acumen, interpersonal skills, communication skills, influence skills, coordination skills, strong analysis skills and customer oriented;
? Integrity, positive, can-do attitude, self-motivated, responsible, open, well-organized, flexible, team player, able to work cross-functionally and under pressure
