职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责医疗/体育运动用品的材料结构、生产工序制作工艺流程，了解产品的质量把控标准；
2、负责生产质量隐患的提出修改意见， 对工厂生产的产前板审核与跟踪供应商的原材料、发现问题及时沟通解决；
3、下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度；
4、跟踪生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标；
5、及时对生产异常做出反应，发现问题及时追踪，并提出合理建议；
7、负责工厂从下单审版，批版 到物料到货，上线，产中 ，成品， 包装跟踪半成品到包装质量监督，并提出修改意见；
8、懂得外发加工厂的质量管控待遇；
8、熟悉医疗/体育运动用品加工报价及成本核算；
9、完成领导安排的工作任务，制定工作计划。
任职要求：
1、2年以上医疗/体育用品生产制造管理经验，有同行业生产管理经验者优先；
2、熟悉生产制造的部门运作和流程，擅长生产控制及现场管理，精通生产制造的各个环节；
3、具备优秀的组织能力、沟通能力、规划能力。
