职位描述：
1. Minimum 2 years experience as Junior Sous Chef or Sous Chef in a hotel or restaurant of good standards;

2. preferably with experience in luxury international brands; Prior experience oversea would be ideal but not a must;

3. Needs to have solid knowledge of various types of cuisine, specialty and restrictive diets and willing to go above and beyond to exceed guests expectations at all times;
