About ATLAS
With Atlas Material Testing Technology’s combined experience and expertise in weathering instruments and testing, custom capabilities, consulting and global support, our clients receive assistance in all areas related to natural and laboratory weathering and material testing solutions. We work together to provide our clients with test programs that will supply the data they need to make informed material performance decisions.


Position Description
? Performs basic on-site installation and general maintenance tasks on technology products.
? Resolves customer problems and answers questions.
? Keeps record of system problems and issues to support client needs, broaden product lines, and support product development.
? The job function is responsible for providing technological support of electronic and mechanical equipment and parts within the ATLAS product lines including other products defined by management.
? Position also performs software installation within areas of product line.
? The scope of the job function includes reporting and record keeping that supports maintenance requirements.
? The efforts related to reporting serve to expand product line while proactively broaden sales options within scope of assigned clients.
? Positions demand heavy travel and operate in a decentralized structure.

Position Requirements:
? Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical preferred).
? At least 3 years relevant working experiences in Technical Service of Electronic and Mechanical Equipment or Instrumentation.
? Demonstrated mathematical aptitude involving practical algebraic and statistical methodologies applicable to problem solving needs for clients.
? Proficient in MS office windows and capable of navigating through systems and applications.
? Refrigeration experience and technical certification a plus.
? Previous job experience that requires extensive travel between work locations and remote sites and adherence to a company’s travel policy guidelines.
? Past work experience working with high voltage equipment and electrical devices.
? Past work related experiences must demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems with technical expertise.
? Capable of performing as a decision maker making independent decision within policies and procedures and standard guidelines around defined scope of responsibility.
? Communication skills are technically oriented requiring minimal collaboration and focus is on problem solving client needs.
? Business acumen within work environments that deliver high levels of customer service to its client base. 举报 分享
