Responsibilities:
- Station around the factory and travel to factories in different locations from time to time (驻扎在工厂里或工厂周围，依工作需要有时会转换到不同地区的工厂)
- Work with the factory in process of manufacturing for quality control and production tracking (和工厂一起紧密配合，在制成过程中实现对产品质量的控制以及生产进程的掌控)
- Conduct in-process inspection so as to detect and correct quality issues effectively and timely (执行生产过程检验，力求及时有效地发现、解决产品的质量问题)
- Conduct 100% inspection on finished products to assure overall quality is acceptable (执行制成品的全检，保证产品的整体质量符合公司相关标准和要求)
- Monitor the process of container loading at factory (在工厂监督装柜的过程)
- Complete all required QC forms and work report (完成所有公司要求的QC表格和工作报告)
- Keep healthy relationship with the factory and skillfully communicate with the counterparts to solve problems (与工厂建立良好健康的合作关系，利用有效地沟通化解争端、解决问题。)
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of quality working experiences for residential & hotel furniture at US company (至少3年民用和酒店家具工作经验, 有外资工作经验优先)
- Be familiar with PU based paint processing technology (熟悉PU油漆工艺)
- Strong sense of urgency & responsibility, motivated & self-starter (强烈的时间观念和责任感, 积极主动.)
