职位描述：
Job Description:
--Work closely with business departments to understand talent requirement and HC development.
--Responsible for recruitment including searching and interviewing candidates, facilitating interviews for hiring managers, and helping candidates with onboard process.
--Help line managers to maintain, set up or restructure organization and job structure.
--Manage HR data and information, make data analysis and generate reports monthly or per request.
--Have training analysis, identify training need and deliver training program within the budget.
--Participate in HR projects and programs by working closely with China functional HR including T&D and C&B.
--Support and counsel line managers with people management and labor relationship management.
--Help HR superior with HR budgeting, performance management and HR process or procedure setting up or updating.
-Other assignment from superior.

Job Requirement:
--Bachelor degree and above.
--5 years human resource working experience.
--Solid experience in candidates searching and talent recruitment.
--Have good command of communication and interpersonal skill.
--Be open and proactive, hands-on, and good team spirit.
