职位描述：
Focus Fashion Ltd. is a vertical-integrated fashion bags and accessories brand management company from design to manufacturing to distribution that focus in providing seamless omni-channel retailing experience to the consumers. We are in our startup stage and we are actively looking for value-adding talents to work and succeed with.

The Company is currently looking for a creative and passionate Associate Art Director whom will be responsible for creating creative visual contents and managing the look and feel across different platforms/tools according to the Company brands' strategies.

Job Responsibilities:



1.Develop and manage creative concepts, digital visual contents, store layouts and artworks that are aligned with the brand image for various platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, and etc
建立和管理创新内容，数码视觉内容，店铺设计，艺术创意，管理Facebook, Instagram, Youtube等平台的品牌定位
2.Brainstorm initiatives to support the team’s creative delivery
提供创意元素给设计团队
3.Ensure all brands' designs, artwork, digital contents, photoshoot are consistent and aligned to the brands.
确保所有品牌的设计，图稿，数字内容，照片都与品牌保持一致
4.Develop and execute campaigns from concept to completion, as well as in line with the company objectives, within the pre-set timelines and budget .
根据公司目标，在预定的时限和预算范围内制定和实施从概念到完成的项目
5.Proactively delivering business-building creative solutions.
主动提供业务创新方案




Job Requirements:



1.Diploma/ Degree in Arts, Digital/Multimedia Design or related disciplines
2.Min 2 years of working experiences in relevant industries.
3.Strong art sense with creative thinking, energetic initiative, detail-minded, able to think out of the box.
4.Photography and videography editing knowledge/skills is preferred
5.Experience in TV & website production is preferred
6.Have an in-depth understanding of user-centered design principles and methodology.
7.Good communication skills and presentation skills
8.Highly motivated, responsible and good team player

In 2016, the Group created Focus Fashion Ltd to focus in brand management and product research & development. We are excited to be launching an online-only brand.
