职位描述：
Responsibility:
- Place purchase order to supplier base on sales order demand;
- Make material pull in plan base on production plan;
- Pull in material base on production schedule;
- Deal with suppliers on daily purchasing activities to ensure delivery in time;
- Resolve the supply shortage issues from outside and inside
- Deal with the payment, return etc., issues with suppliers;
- Control inventory and obsolete material generation
- Monitor supplier on time delivery performance and work out action plan.
- Work out efficient and executable production plan base on FG shipping schedule;
- Coordinate and negotiate with customer to adjust shipping schedule base on capacity, material supply etc.
- Work closely with engineer department for new project pilot run and mass production schedule;
- Control FG inventory, control FG and WIP obsolete material generation;
- Work closely with production department to deal with daily issues to insure smooth production;
- Monitor daily production actualization performance and take action.
- Responsible to record production change and adjustment with reason.
- Responsible for record FG on time delivery and analysis.

Requirement:
- Relevant College degree and working experience within sourcing/supply/logistics function in Manufacturing Environment.
- 2 years’ experience in production planning
- Experience from ERP system is an advantage
- Good written English communication skills
