职位描述：

任职要求：
1、大专以上学历，电子、机械、机电一体化等相关专业，有一定英语基础，有2年及以上的制造型企业质量相关的工作经验；
2、精通ISO9001、QC08000体系，有供应商评审管理等方面的培训经验;
3、精通供应商质量问题的反馈、跟踪、改善、稽核、辅导、评审等流程，熟悉各项质量管理技术工具8D,QC7手法等；
4、熟悉电子，塑胶、五金材料特性，有消费类电子产品供应商管理经验优先这；
5、精通office办公软件，具有很强的分析判断能力及良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神；
6、优秀的沟通技巧，可以调动供应商改善的积极性，有一定的谈判能力；

岗位职责：
1、策划供应商质量管理的年度工作计划及目标，定期监控目标达成情况，对异常进行分析，制定对策，保障目标的有效达成；
2、参与新供应商的开发评审，指导新供应商及时掌握并达成公司的各项质量要求；
3、主导质量相关的供方沟通，确保公司各项质量要求，在供应商端得到体现及落实；

4、主导与供应商相关的物料质量异常的处理、分析及改善，并确保改善的有效执行；
5、对供应商开展质量审查稽核（包含制程及体系），以确认供应商生产状态，辅导和推动供应商提升质量管理水平；
6、定期开展供应商质量评价，并及时反馈供应商评价结果及改进要求，推动其改进；
7、对IQC提供相关技术支持，保障IQC有效开展物料检验工作；
8、工厂审核及验货；
9、协助处理重要客户投诉，回复客户8D报告。
