The successful applicant

- You will have a strong bachelor degree or above and graduate in 2015/2016/2017 at top universities.
- You will have strong knowledge in Business Management, Operation Management, Sales and Marking, and Information Technology with a good degree at top universities.
- You are a bright and motivated individual with excellent logical thinking skills.
- Be keen to succeed in innovative and creative environment with exceptional time management and organization skills.
- Be able to work autonomously and highly self-motivated to achieve team results. - Be willing to relocate to the other projects/cities for long term development.

· 在校期间有社团组织管理经历，或有知名企业相关实习经历
· 较强的领导潜能，出色的沟通能力和学习能力

The Origin of K11 起源
The foundation idea of K11 Art Mall and its core values of Art People Nature were first conjured up by Dr. Adrian Cheng, Founder and Chairman of K11 & K11 Art Foundation, during a routine flight from Beijing to Hong Kong.
Since then, Dr. Cheng spent the next three years to spearhead the K11 project, working closely with our K11 elites. This innovative idea was realized in Dec 2009, marked by the grand opening of the world’s first art mall, the K11 Art Mall in Hong Kong.
K11及K11 Art Foundation创办人及主席郑志刚博士，在平常北京公干返回香港的航班上，灵光一闪，构思了 K11购物艺术馆的基础概念，以及品牌的艺术．人文．自然核心价值。往后三年，郑博士更亲自率领 K11的精英团队，统筹及策划整个 K11项目的工作，而全球首个购物艺术馆 - K11购物艺术馆亦在2009年12月于香港落成

The Meaning of K11 释义
The name of K11 stems from the Eastern philosophy of “the co-existence of nothingness and substance” and is intrinsically neutral. It is rich in meaning and stimulates boundless interpretations. The unique and neutral meaning of K11 will be varied according to each person’s perceptibility and sensitivity, a sensory experience all K11 projects will bring to its visitors.
K11的名字来自东方哲学中的「虚实共生」，本质上意义中立。
K11含意甚广并激发无尽释义。K11 独特及中立的意义因应个人的感悟及敏感而相异，因此所有的 K11项目均能为顾客提供不同的感观经验。
