职位描述：
1. Arrange shipments of Express/Air-shipment/Sea Shipment daily or weekly;
2. Make Booking with forwarder to get SO;
3. Prepare documents including (invoice, Packing list, COC, QC report, delivery Note), and confirmed to get the forwarder SO;
4. Send the invoice and Packing list to forwarder, and informed the driver come to our office to pick up the goods, and then confirm whether the goods have to delivery to designated warehouses;

Candidate Requirements （候选人要求）–
1. At least 2years of shipping, or logistics, or warehouse work experience;
2. Fluent, both written and spoken in English;
3. Use Microsoft office, like excel/word/project/outlook, and System like ERP/SAP etc.
4. Good team player, collaborative, self-starter, proactive;
5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) are required in communication with forwarder and internal colleagues:
