JOB SUMMARY :
Have the production running in safety and high efficiency, fulfill the orders timely with high quality products.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES :
* Be responsible for production planning and the deployment of the workshop employees, to ensure production orders completed on schedule.
* Perform product quality monitoring/inspection work, guide, and train employees in production technology and standard operation, to ensure the quality of products meet the requirements.
* Manage the workshop site running, regular inspect, to investigate, handle, and report in time about the abnormal situation, all kinds of deviation, and accidents appeared in the process
* Take measures to ensure the process under the provisions and requirements, effectively eliminate or control the dangerous and harmful factors, on a regular basis for production employees’ safety training, in order to ensure safety in production.
* Control the production cost, reduce the defective rate, in order to improve product yield.
Review all kinds of production reports filled in this workshop, to ensure completeness and accuracy of various kinds of data.
* Complete other work assigned by superiors.

SKILLS & ABILITIES :
? Good general computer skills, particularly in Office software;
? Working level of spoken and written English;
? Self-responsible and goal-oriented approach;
? Teamwork, resilience and commitment;
? Excellent People management skills,communication skills, reliability and flexibility

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
* Food science or fine chemical related professional bachelor degree or above.
* Proficient in management of production process and equipment. with at least 6 years work experience and in the same position for more than 2 year preferred. 举报 分享
