职位描述：
主要职责:
1. 负责与相关部门的业务协调，及时解决客户提出的问题。
2. 协助客人完成Relocation各项手续；
3. 办理出租屋租赁备案，开据租赁发票；
4. 协助客人办理外国人临时住宿登记表；
5. 服务对象是外资企业派驻广州的外籍人士为主。


岗位要求：

1. 英文能力强，能流畅的与国外客户进行沟通
2. 较强的应变能力、协调能力，能独立处理紧急问题；
3. 良好的服务意识、耐心和责任心，工作积极主动。


工作时间：周一至周五 09:15-18:00
