职位描述：
CSR SPECIALIST/AUDITOR

As a CSR Specialist/Auditor for Varner Far East you will be working to improve factory standards in the Varner supplier portfolio in China. You will work in the Varner Far East CSR team, as a part of the Varner CSR and Sustainability Department.

Major areas of responsibility:
- Perform factory audits and visits
- Write audit reports and visit reports within required timeframe
- Follow-up on Corrective Action Plans
- Communicate with suppliers and factories about factory requirements
- Support in training and project activities

The position requires frequent travelling in China. It is estimated that 4 days a week will be spent travelling.
You will be reporting to Varner Regional CSR Manager and Head of Varner Far East Hangzhou.

Required experience:
- Experience doing social audits
- Understanding of Law and Regulation on labor, health and safety, and environment in China
- Knowledge of the concept of CSR and practical experience working with social and environmental requirements at factory level.
- Providing solutions to compliance implementation for the factory
- Knowledge of textile manufacturing is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years of working experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.

Language skills: Good skills in both written and spoken English

Computer skills: Must be adept in using Microsoft Office, in particular Word and Excel.
