1、负责刀具产品、外发加工件的订购工作；对采购订单下达、跟进，处理异常、了解前置需求，并及时调整；

2、负责业务部门所需物料的采购询价、样品试用；

3、负责记录供应商供货产品质量情况、交货期、每次检验结果，并将有关采购物料的质量问题反馈给供应商，并与供应商协商处理方案；

4、负责物料入库核对，发票核对，建立采购台帐；及时与供应商核对，依合同进行结算，协助财务人员进行应付账款核对；

5、 合同及各类集团受控文件的妥善分类保管；

6、根据集团供应链中心相关制度和通知，执行具体的采购任务和计划，确保按期按质按量完成；

7、完成公司上级交办的其他工作。

任职要求：

1、本科学历，应届毕业生或2年以上采购工作经验；

2、良好的抗压能力、沟通协调能力；

3、对价格及成本具有敏感性，熟悉供应商及交期管理；

4、熟悉机加工行业及SAP系统，懂基础的机械知识，会机械制图的优先；

5、掌握表单制作、PPT制作，具备良好的英语水平、熟悉进出口操作者优先。
