职位描述
Objective:
The purpose of this role is to fulfill orders and process claims through Nares, driving good practice by resolving order queries & closing claims along with ensuring timely payment and delivery of shipment.
Responsibilities:
1. Support new customer application and matrix orders to BD team;
2. Input orders and optimize the containers;
3. Use SAP to follow up production status and get back to customers and sales/OP team;
4. Work with Finance to go through dealers' payment process or HQ credit department for payment collection;
5. Coordinate delivery process with NC and SPA factory supply chain;
6. Prepare shipment documents and insurance to meet customs business needs;
7. Claim input and diagnosis the defect reason with Quality department to identify Parts code;
8. Work with Quality and technical support to give solution to customers and close the claims;
9. Communicate with HQ AS to get approval on CN request;
10. Update credit note status and follow up spare parts shipment.
Qualifications:
1. College graduate or above;
2. At least 3 years of working experience preferably worked at complaint / feedback section / within furniture industry;
3. Good communication skills across departments including handling differences/conflicts, passion, good energy, can work under pressure;
4. A 100% customer oriented mind-set and a good understanding of sales, marketing and business;
5. Good command of English Speaking and Writing;
6. Familiar with MS Office, excellent Word & Excel ability, SAP user is a plus.
