Job Description:
- Technical support to BGs in case the technical problem they can't solve locally and first point of escalation for regional claims.
- Technical analysis of claims and cooperation with QMiP, SQM, and R&D on problem resolution.
- Customer/BG contact and support for technical resolutions, customer visits if needed.
- Technical expertise and input on liability in warranty cases.
- Claim management:
Support BGs during claim handling, and provide a resolution especially for complex complaints together with other QM functions and R&D, if needed by using 8D method.
Provide professional report/guidance on outcome of investigation to related BGs contacts or external customers.
Conduct customer visit in case critical or complex case.
Immediately support to BGs in case critical failures.
Improvement push regarding critical quality issue which comes from customer claim.
- Center Return management:
Provide technical inspection on the return goods.
Give advice on how to deal the return goods in a reasonable way by considering the related potential cost.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor or above
- 3 years technical experience on lighting products, Quality or R&D is preferred.
