职位名称：Network Technician/IT Support
工作简介：
Provide IT technical support for GZ campus, including network support, end-user support, IT equipment management & support, report to IT manager on a regular basis.

工作内容：
1. Providing technical support for teachers and staff. Troubleshooting for maintaining IT environment for end-users, including PC, network, software, etc.
为老师和员工提供技术支援服务。协助用户维护和解决IT应用的故障，包括个人电脑、网络、软件等。
2. Perform network devices monitoring and configuring to ensure the service availability.
对网络设备进行监测和配置以确保服务可用性。
3. Providing user training.
为用户提供培训
4. Assist to conduct IT control by deploying IT policy and IT procedures, and regularly review and report to manager on IT operation
协助对IT政策和IT流程进行部署和控制，并定期向IT经理汇报执行情况
5. Other IT tasks as assigned
其他IT部门的工作

任职资格
1、大学专科或以上学历，计算机相关专业
2、熟悉配置Cisco、H3C等主流网络设备。
3、熟悉配置防火墙/VPN等网络设备。
4、具备一定的英语水平, 具有良好的表达能力和沟通能力。
5、具有相关证书者优先
