Purpose:
? Provide effective data support to regional FO team and national team on planning and tracking about regional business.
? Provide effective data analysis tools and method to improve team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
? Work with Regional FO team on annual planning for retail support for customer level and store level,
? ST dashboard for regional tracking report
? Tracking ST and KPI progress
? Track incentive program result
? Support on quarterly target setting, planning and commission tracking

Key Relationships:
？ Regional Franchise Ops Director, FO team, national team etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Education
? Associate and above, no limitation on major
Professional background / Experience
? Experience in retail industry (own retail or franchise), preferable sports
? Experience in project management
IT skills
? Outlook – basic
? Word – advanced
? Excel – advanced
? PowerPoint – advanced
? Business Objects – basic
Language skills
? Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
