职位描述
- Deliver high quality work products; underwrite traditional reinsurance structures within underwriting guidelines, internal rules, authorities, targets, and client strategies with minimum supervision of referral underwriter and assist to to tackle complex (including but not limited to non-traditional) reinsurance products
- Actively participate in client negotiations/discussions
- Closely interact with client management, actively participate in defining client service plan; exploring new business potentials; providing client services;
- Involve in developing nontraditional reinsurance solutions and exploring the possibilities of introducing the (where appropriate) PIRI concepts
- Provide support to the Head of Marine Underwriting on developing Greater China marine strategy and business plan.
- Actively participate in the industry events and as speaker in clients' training to promote Munich Re image.
- Actively contribute to group wide KM and other ad hoc projects, e.g. topic networks.
