Marketing Manager, Cosmetic Ingredients & Formulations

Job Description

The jobs requires a good knowledge of skin science and cosmetic trends.

- Contact with foreign suppliers in Europe and partner laboratories in Japan

- New product development and introduction: test and assess new ingredients. Prepare all technical marketing document in English and Chinese for the sales team

- Coordinate additional testing with our formulation engineers, external testing companies, and overseas laboratory

- Manage marketing budget. Preparation of exhibition, seminars, advertisement.

- Report and communicate effectively any trends or significant developments within the market.

Profile

- Education: a minimum of bachelor degree preferably in cosmetic science, pharmacy or chemistry

- Previous experience in cosmetic ingredients required. Experience in formulation a plus

- Skills: must be computer literate: Word, Excel, Photoshop, internet web site

- Language: very good written & spoken English. The job includes translation of technical document , report to foreign managers and partners.

- Interest in science. Detail oriented. Well organized. Ability to multi-tasks.
