1、较强的统筹运营能力，良好的沟通及组织协调能力；熟悉营销推广的各个环节，具备较强的整合资源能力。
2、熟悉操作办公软件和营销策划相关软件能制订行之有效的提案并确保实行。
3、熟悉商场活动衔接、精通市场调研、媒体策划、项目管理、产品战略规划及本行业的市场运作模式，具备实操工作经验。
4、沟通能力优秀，有清晰的思维及语言组织能力。
5、较好的文案水平。

任职要求：
1、英语读/写娴熟；
2、外资企业市场部同等职位2年以上工作经验；
