Position Accountabilities
Develop close and supportive relationship with hotline teams
To provide a high quality service to internal and external customers
Ensure the cases are audited in accordance with Independent Quality Assurance procedures and respective line of business procedures
Carry out the quality assurance process in accordance with standard operating procedures and respective line of business procedures
Conclude and distribute monthly call monitoring task by analyzing hotlines’ productivity report and ensure it would be achieved on time
Send out call monitoring result to the hotline departments to ensure staff’s performance is well noted timely so that necessary improvement action can be taken by leaders
Coach hotline staff timely according to the call monitoring result in order to improve their service quality
Assistant Training Team to hold course related to service quality
Keep a straight communication with hotline leaders to ensure staff’s performance would be noted
Competence Requirements:
College or above, preferably major in business, finance
3 to 5 years of experience in call center and 1 to 2 years of experience in an equivalent role
Excellent communication skills – Written & Verbal
Good understanding of MS office and proven skills on banking platforms;
Good analytical, problem-solving skills
Self-motivated and should be able to work under minimal supervision
Knowledge of working in a regulatory environment
