职位描述：
工作职责：
1、负责外贸客户的维护、英文邮件的日常沟通
2、制作形式发票，跟进订金回款
3、制作制单，核算面辅料的用量及提供相关资料给采购员采购，审批面辅料
4、下单排期，跟进订单的生产，生产进度的把控，审批产前板船头板
5、制作装箱单，安排出货，与货运公司订货柜等
6、跟进大货货款的回款

任职要求：
1、具有5年以上外贸时尚女装跟单经验，熟悉外贸业务操作流程和服装外贸跟单流程
2、熟悉欧美服装工艺、面辅料等知识
3、英文读写熟练，口语流利，能与国外客人通过邮件用英文直接沟通相关事宜
4、能与工厂独立沟通，下单，安排工厂打样并提交给客人人，控制大货进程直至出货
5、了解服装商检，船务及报关的相关流程

We have an opportunity for an Account Manager/Senior Merchandiser to join a trend led Supplier to high street stores and brands. The role is to provide support focus and direction to the Sales team and clients.

Account Manager/Senior Merchandiser

? Excellent customer relation and communications

? Following closely the critical path from start to finish to ensure delivery is maintained.

? Working closely with and liaising with a number of factories

? Processing new orders, ensuring they are all entered into the system correctly, and continually updating to reflect a true margin

? Once the sales person has raised the order internally placing all cloth and lining orders with suppliers

? Sending out costing sheet to ensure all labels/trims are ordered correctly and in time according to the critical path

? Ensuring all wash care information reflects the customer approved wording and ensuring labels are ordered as per the approvals.

? Chasing lab dip and bulk cloth approvals from the customer

? Chasing bulk cloths from the supplier to ensure it is shipped on time and is delivered to the right location

? Working closely with the sealing team to ensure production is running on time and seal dates are met, including production samples

? Updating the customer with any issues including late deliveries, final cut figures, cloth issues

? Managing and updating the customer’s CP’s.

? Following through all press sample requests

? Solving all general merchandising problems that occur on a daily basis

? Ensuring all goods are delivered into the customers warehouse within the agreed delivery timeslots. 举报 分享
