年龄：26-35 男，女不限。

酒店管理专业，至少五年以上餐饮服务工作经验，受过餐饮管理专业培训,（其中同等职位餐饮管理经验不少于三年），有管理西餐厅经验三年以上，英身体健康，能承受工作压力职责：
1.负责拟定市场拓展及推广工作行动计划；
2.负责餐厅的广告策划宣传工作；
3.负责组织实施餐厅既定的营销方案，并根据市场的变化做相应策略调整
4.负责餐厅的经营活动，处理各种突发和特殊事件，确保餐厅工作和服务质量不断提高。制定餐厅接待任务的工作计划并组织实施。
5.严格管理物资、控制费用、掌握各种物品领取和发放，努力降低消耗，提高餐厅的经济效益。
6.分配任务、安排班次、协调餐厅内部的关系。
7.听取员工和客人的意见和建议，处理客人的投诉。

7.Excellent communication skill in English both oral & written.
