Partime of Documentary Clerk:

-Full set banking documents preparation including L/C requirement.

-Full set export shipping documents preparation (including B/L) by different terms (L/C, D/A, D/P, T/T and etc.),100% accuracy & most quickly.
-Communicate with clients, shipping companies and coordinate overseas offices on daily jobs for both existing&new business.

Qualification:

-College/diploma graduate in Logistic Management/Foreign Trade with at least 1 year related working experience
Good knowledge and experience in Ocean Freight, trade documents and whole set of banking document (Letter of Credit) preparation. Familiarity on UCP600 / ISBP will be priority.
-Be able to accurately prepare documents is definitely a plus
-With commitment, teamwork spirit, sense of responsibility and willingness to learn.
-Be able to work independently and under pressure with good initiatives.
-With good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
-Good in writing, reading and speaking of English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
-Necessary skills of computer and proficient in MS Office tools.
