Key Performance Area/Job summary

To identify, promote and embed CI method to achieve sustainable and continuous improvements on-site performance in WCF production sites.

To Work closely with the heads of all functions to develop a culture of continuous improvement following the CI phase progression.

To achieve a set of shared objectives and to deliver the overall manufacturing strategy.



Key Job Responsibility/Detailed job focuses

Working closely with Plant Manager and site Management team, to influence all other functions on-site to embed and sustain continuous improvement techniques

Being aware of the latest CI techniques by learning from other Plants and attending conferences/training courses

Developing and deliver CI training material applying a standardized principle across the sites

Creating a platform for sharing improvement ideas across the sites

Working with plant manager to develop and implement site strategy to achieve manufacturing excellence

Using Trifecta monthly to assess plant performance,and report to GMI.

Achieving quantifiable performance improvement and to track and report benefits

To ensure that all working practices over the plant comply with Health, Safety and environment legislation.

Education /Experience/Capability Request
Bachelor degree in Food Engineer/Technology or Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
Importantly able to demonstrate continued learning and development throughout your career
At least 3 years manufacturing operations management experience
Strong leadership ,technical and supervisory skill
