职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、 通过各种渠道需找租客资源，如跟地产租赁中介、物业管理处合作，微信等网上渠道；
2、 熟悉公司房源信息，带租客看公司管理的服务公寓，达成租赁意向，签订合同；
3、 开发企业客户（较多为外企，领事馆等涉外企业机构），进行商务谈判，建立合作关系；
4、 协调处理公司客服，客房，工程部门处理物业包装的问题；
5、 完成公司的销售目标。

职位要求：
1、大专以上学历， 1年以上工作经验，熟悉房地产租赁市场为佳。
2、具备较强的市场洞察力、渠道建设能力、客户开发能力。
3、具有较强的人际交往能力和较高的谈判技巧；
4、英语口语佳者有限考虑。
