Purpose / Mission:
? Lead the Allocation Team to achieve best allocation plan for Own categories.
? Execute working/ review processes as aligned, find opportunity for optimization
? Actively working with own retail buying team and planning team to achieve agreed targets and KPI’s.
Key Responsibilities:
Planning
? Guide the team to identify business opportunities (markdowns, promotions, product transfer) based on sell-through result and commercial calendar.
? Plan with logistics department buying on schedule
Management
? Provide insights of sales and product performance to buyers to help finalize buy
? Propose upcoming season’s action plan from product aspect
? Consolidate & review product performance on store level regularly and guide the team on findings & recommendations
? Forecast product depletion and propose actions as needed to reach ST Target
? Drive product launch by store, track results and implementation
? Summarize and categorize issues identified in season for post-season hindsighting and action plans
? Coordinate store managers, operations team product needs on season and transfer them into efficient assortment
? Analyze daily sell-through and adjust assortments and deliveries to ST results
? Actively participates in the retail KPI’s delivery
? Manage with Logistics team the buying and on-time delivery of all assortments
System and Processes
? Clear understanding Retail KPI and targets, growth strategies, related policies and processes
? Review weekly ST data based on established ST analysis methodology, identify issues and propose actions
? Execute in season mgmt and consolidate SKU capacity by store level
? Monitor data compliance, identify issues and propose solutions
? Ensure the actions are taken place by team
People Management
? Drive implementation of tools and processes/ best practice of in season trading
? Lead cross functional teams in in season trading aspects as required
? Manage relationship with x- cross functional teams
? Monitor the team individual performance
? Product knowledge sharing to the team
? Facilitate regular In Season review with planning and buying team
? People development and talent retention in the team
Training:
? Provide training and coach to allocation & replenishment team members

? 5 years allocation or planning experience with recognized retail brands (fashion or FMCG) with at least 2 years in supervisory role

? Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Education:
? Bachelor Degree
IT skills:
? Excel – excellent
? PowerPoint – advanced
? Outlook – advanced
Language skills:
? English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
? Mandarin native speaker
