急招英语客服
上班環境：
1.夜班是上一日休一日。（節假日與同事調休。）
2. 夜班在家工作，14小時/晚，晚上七點到次日九點。
3. 正式上崗前會進行1-2個月的培訓。
工作职责：
1. 通過電話，電郵或即時通訊工具如whatsapp,qq,wechat等，專業快速的為來自世界各地的客人解決下單或送貨遇到的問題。
2. 提供專業的客服服務和支持，包括網站註冊，下單，付錢，送貨，文件列印協助和系統問題處理等。（不用追数，无业绩压力）
3. 與內部工作人員有效溝通和提供協助，幫助公司客服部門提高工作效率。協調公司和客人之間的平衡，保護雙方的利益。
4. 處理客人投訴案件，快速有效的解決。
工作要求：
1. 大專或以上學歷，過CET4或以上，專修商務英語者優先。英語和粵語聽書讀寫流利。（因客人來自世界各地或者HK本地客人，所以要求英文要過關，email信件以英文回覆為主。）
2. 溝通和理解能力強，與客人進行快捷有效的溝通並提供幫助。
3. 應用相關電腦工具的能力強，要求打字要快。
4. 性格開朗，樂觀自信。處理問題時，對客人有足夠的耐心和禮貌。
5. 工作能力強，根據公司的規章要求和政策，為客人提供退款或者投訴等問題。

Job Brief
The customer service representative is responsible for acting as a liaison between customers and companies. Assists with complaints, orders, errors, account questions, billing, cancelations, and other queries.
 
Responsibilities
1. Professionally handle incoming requests from customers all over the world and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly via telephone, email or instant messaging tool such as whatsapp ,qq ,wechat.
2. Provide quality service and support in a variety of areas including, but not limited to: register , placing orders, billing, delivery problems, document assistance and system troubleshooting.
3. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process. Maintain a balance between company policy and customer benefit in decision making. Handles issues in the best interest of both customer and company.
4. Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
 
Requirements
1. College degree or above, passed CET 4 or above, major in Business English would be preferred. Fluently in reading, written ,listening and verbal English and Cantonese.
2. Communication skills that allow you to inform, help and advise customers clearly and to liaise effectively with other professionals;
3. Knowledge of relevant computer applications, need to type fast.
4. Confidence, patience, politeness, tact and diplomacy, when dealing with difficult situations;
5. Handle returns or complaints in accordance with the company’s guidelines and policies.
 
Work Environment
1. Work at home ,14 hours from 7pm to 9am, have holidays by turns (one day on duty ,one day off).
2. We will have 1 to 2 months training before you really get into the job.
