职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1) Sourcing: Sourcing of new products (categories: Paper, bicycles, building materials, etc...) and also source new suppliers for current or running products if required.
2) Co-ordination and Communication: To co-ordinate and communicate with suppliers and buyers on regular/ daily basis.
3) Follow-up: To follow-up with Suppliers and Buyers on regular/ daily basis for new orders, current orders, Production time line, Order Shipment, Payment, etc...
4) Reporting: To report the daily progress of the work to the company management.
5) Documentation: Creating PIs, POs for Buyers and Suppliers, receiving the PIs and Signed POs from suppliers, arranging the required certificates from Buyers and Suppliers, Documenting the records, etc...
6) Confirmation: Validating the Samples, Packing with Buyers and Suppliers on time.
7) Inspection: Arranging the inspection of finished products on time.
8) Shipment: Arranging the delivery of the products after the inspection is passed to various ware houses or direct shipments.

Requirements:
1) 2-3 years experience in Merchandising
2) Graduate and Good in English Writing, Speaking and Listening
3) Good knowledge of Internet, Microsoft office.
4) Familiar with Products and processes.
