职位描述：
Job responsibilities
-New product project management: To act as quality function role during new product development and finish related tasks according to procedure.
- Product trial run process: To attend trial run, monitor trail run process, review manufacturing documents, finally check and approve trial run reports. To finish documentation and process review report.
- Qualification test: To prepare and manage product samples for qualification or reliability testing. To manage qualification test with local test center.
- PPAP: Prepare and submit PPAP to customer.
- Process audit：To implemented process audit as planned, complete the audit report and follow up the corrective & preventive actions for non-conformity
- Customer audit：To attend and support customer process audit.
- Problem in line：To cooperate with Engineering and Production to solve the quality problem with high internal rejection ratio in mass production stage, in order to improve the trend.
- Machine/Process/Package validation: To attend the validation of key machine/process change for products when mass production.


Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering, Automotive, Mechanical or related fields
- ISO 9001 and ISO/TS 16949 QMS internal auditor. ISO/TS16949 internal auditor is preferred.
- Familiar with 8D methodology for problem solving, failure analysis methods and 5 toolings(MSA, SPC,FMEA,PPAP,APQP)
- Knowledge of Quality Management System.
- Basic training regarding products knowledge and customer expectations.
- Basic knowledge of measurement systems
- 3 year min in production quality position
- Proactive, Problem solved orientated, able to manage people, Team working orientated
- English language, high level written and medium level speaking.
