Mission:

Be responsible for the supplier management (Delivery, quality level, capacity, etc.) to service the internal customers under the support of Supplier Leaders. (10 MUSD through 40 suppliers).

Lead or push supplier leaders to achieve productivity (follow company target) each year.(5% at least)

Lead supplier change under the support of Supplier Leaders

Coordinate with JV to balance common part capacity.

Support new project and QVE from purchasing perspective.

Responsibilities:

Purchasing

* Lead or under the support of Supplier Leaders, achieve purchasing productivity through negotiation, double-sourcing, change of suppliers, QVE)

* 10 MUSD purchase responsibility, 5% target yearly productivity

Suppliers Quality

Ensure suppliers quality performance (deliveries and quality)

Purchasing strategy implementation

Work with Entity purchasing supervisor to implement the Supplier strategy and action to prepare for the middle to long term.

Preparation of related report for the Entity Purchasing

Requirements:

3 years experience in manufacturing & purchasing.

Purchasing background (Fabricated component) + associated industrial experience (tooling, technical, quality)

International purchasing experience, Negotiation skills, Fluent English, Good Microsoft skill (especially excel), Financial sense, purchasing analysis
