职位描述

销售和服务经理负责对培训中心的销售部门和服务部门的全面管理和指标的完成，包括课程销售和学生服务等，即中心内一切售前和售后的相关事宜。

-本科以上学历以上
-出色的英语沟通技巧
-至少3年以上销售和运营管理相关经验

The Role

The Sales and Service is responsible for the full operation of sales and service department and achieving the sales target. This includes all pre-sale and post-sale activities in the center.


Profile

? You love education and culture industry
? You have a natural ability to take charge and thrive on different situations: whether that's working directly with customers, managing a team of ten to fifteen professionals
? You enjoy working in a multicultural environment
? You like running your own business, with your own P & L, tracking sales and retention
? You are a natural people-person or leader, you are the lynch pin of the school (i.e. the heart of the school)
Key Requirements
? Bachelor degree or above
? Excellent English communication skill
? 3 years or above solid experience in Sales & Operation management
? 3 years or above solid experience in people management
