职位描述：
Job summary –
Primarily responsibility of Costing Engineer is that finish all NPI projects cost estimating with high accuracy, on time. With his knowledge in production processes and project management skills, the Costing Engineer will refer market price of materials, analysis the production process, estimate the operating cost to calculate parts cost. To succeed, the Costing Engineer will have to communicate and coordinate the projects both internally and externally – with other departments/functions in Chen-Tech such as Engineer/CS/Purchaser/QC/Warehouse etc. as well as with the manufacturers or customers.

Job responsibilities
    1. Once receive RFQ drawing, finish the costing according follow steps:
        a. Analysis and classify customer drawings
        b. Estimate the cost of parts through company’s method and format
        c. Track drawer covert the drawings and send to suppliers for quotation
        d. Track and update supplier’s quotation daily
        e. Update project status table
    2. Summary and report to project manager the questions during cost estimate timely
    3. Per inner costing estimate review result, check with suppliers for the difference
    4. Collect, analysis and update market price of materials

Candidate Requirements –
   1. At least 5years of machining industrial experience including Process engineer, CNC operation, setting, programmer. Turning, Sheet-metal experience is plus;
   2. Sensitive to price of common raw materials like steel alloy, aluminum alloy, copper and engineering plastics etc.；
   3. Excellent Project management, communication and timing management skill;
   4. Fluent, both written and spoken in English (can be discuss);
   5. Use Microsoft office, like excel/word/project/outlook;
   6. Good team player, collaborative, self-starter, proactive, careful and patient.


岗位概述：
成本工程师的主要职责是准确、及时地完成新零件项目的成本评估。运用加工工艺方面的知识和项目管理技巧，参考原材料市场价格，分析工艺流程，估算运营成本及车间费用等计算零件的加工成本。为完成工作，该岗位需和公司内其他部门或团队如工程师，客服，采购，质检，仓库等及公司外的供应商或客户及时沟通。


岗位职责：
1. 收到客户图纸后按照以下步骤完成成本评估
a. 分析、分类客户图纸
b. 根据公司成本评估方法及格式评估零件成本
c. 通知和跟进绘图员转换图纸，并及时发给供应商询价
d. 每日跟进并更新不同项目供应商报价
e. 每天更不同新项目状态跟踪表
2. 总结评估过程中的问题并及时向项目经理汇报
3. 根据内部评估结果和供应商沟通差异项目
4. 收集分析更新原材料市场价格

任职条件：
1. 至少五年的机加工经验，如操机员、调机员、程序员、工程师等，有车床件或钣金件经验更好；
2. 对常见原材料价格敏感，如钢，铝合金，铜及工程塑料等；
3. 出色的项目管理，沟通能力和时间管理技巧
4. 英语听说读写能力（具备更好，其他能力突出的可特别考虑）
5. 熟练使用微软办公软件，如Excel/Word/Project/Outlook;
6. 优秀的团队合作，积极主动，认真耐心。 举报 分享
